Important Notice: Once this form is submitted, we cannot make edits, updates, or alterations to your performance/music files. All information and files provided are automatically sent to the technical team, and entries cannot be sent again or edited. Please make sure that your information is clear and that you upload the correct files!

This form is intended to provide the stage manager and the performer a smooth experience for audio and visual integration.
Please be as accurate and upload all files that apply to your performance. We will not accept files submitted via USB/email unless it is under extraordinary circumstances.

The name of your group so the stage manager can accurate identify your performance.

We will coordinate with the manager or person in charge of you/your group.

We will only contact you/your manager if your performance requires an important adjustment. We may also contact you/your manager for scheduling.

Performers at the Grand Theater are open to use one of the several green rooms at the venue. Please let us know if you will be using the green rooms and we will send you the appropriate details..

Our lighting technicians will match the style and mood of your performance. While optional, we recommend you select any type of mood or feel for your performance. Please note that light design is done on-the-fly and we cannot accommodate for specific timing and/or lighting styles.

Photo and/or Video Projection during your performance.

For some stages, we will have a video projection for your logo, design, or video. Please upload any background image or video that may be projected behind your performance. Restrictions apply and any file will be reviewed for compliance. Please ensure that the image or video is 1920x1080 or a 16:9 ratio for best screen fitment:
