Volunteer Role:

All volunteer positions are unpaid and voluntary.
Volunteers must adhere to assigned schedules and complete designated tasks responsibly.
Eligibility:

Volunteers must meet minimum age requirements and consent to a background check.
Misrepresentation of information on the application may result in disqualification.
Liability Waiver:

Volunteers acknowledge that participation is at their own risk and release AniFest from liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during their service.
Termination:

AniFest reserves the right to terminate a volunteer’s role at any time for misconduct, failure to adhere to policies, or other reasons deemed necessary.
Media Consent:

Code of Conduct Agreement
As a volunteer with AniFest, you are expected to uphold the following standards of conduct:

Professionalism:

Treat all attendees, staff, and fellow volunteers with respect and courtesy.
Represent AniFest in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Punctuality and Reliability:

Arrive on time and fulfill your assigned tasks during your scheduled shifts.
Notify your supervisor immediately if you are unable to attend or complete your duties.
Compliance with Policies:

Follow all instructions provided by staff and adhere to event policies, including safety and security guidelines.
Wear the designated volunteer uniform, if applicable, and present a neat appearance.
Prohibited Behavior:

Harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behavior towards others will not be tolerated.
Unauthorized possession, use, or distribution of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden.
Confidentiality:

Respect the privacy of event operations and refrain from sharing sensitive information.
Safety:

Immediately report any safety hazards, emergencies, or incidents to event staff.
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from your volunteer role.
